Miss Watermelon’s SESAME FREE shopping list

We have not called all companies we have listed here. We have eaten the following products safely pre-sesame diagnosis and some are new finds post diagnosis. So, therefore we may be winging it a little and that may be too uncomfortable to some. Verify by communicating with companies and your physician on what is best for your allergic person. She is anaphylactic to sesame so I am pretty particular about which new things we try.

…I will be adding to this list over time. You should always check and verify ingredients and manufacturing practices regularly by calling the food company in question..practices and ingredients change over time for some companies. Especially suspect the ones that say “new flavor” or have new packaging.

Some of these products are also egg free, dairy free and some are gluten free. She outgrew those allergies.  If you need to avoid those allergens please verify for yourself that these are safe for you. We tend toward granola and natural eating and given the large amount of wheat products processed with sesame products …..as a personal family choice we have decided to be less “grainy”. It is REALLY HARD to find store bought bread, buns etc that are safe with sesame allergy. It is a great opportunity for those who love their bread machine!
